Returns must be requested within 7days of delivery through your NamVendors customer account or through the RMA section on the marketplace. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Approved returns, refunds, or exchanges are handled in accordance with the NamVendors Return Policy and applicable Vendor return terms.
